Why now?

Because I’m done hiding.

I’ve been chewed up by narcissists more than once. Childhood left me with PTSD and the habit of splintering myself just to feel acceptance. I spent thirty years living as someone else’s version of me. That ends here.

Therapy cracked the door. Writing kicked it wide open. Every post I put here is a piece of my voice, stolen long ago, now returned.

I’m learning to trust myself for the first time in my life. And I can’t unsee the parallels between my own toxic family and the way our society works. We’ll dig into that later.

For now, this space is for people like us. The black sheep. The misunderstood. The scapegoat. The abused.

Why am I here?

Same reason you are: we’re seeking the truth.

We’re tired of pretending we don’t see the rot under the surface. We’re tired of swallowing the truth just to keep the peace.

I can’t afford to ignore my own voice any longer. I can handle not fitting in. I can handle being laughed at. What I can’t handle is denying myself the truth. Maybe you feel the same.

The world is complicated. The darkness is real, and it’s getting harder to name it—let alone shine a light on it. That’s why I’m here. To cast light where others won’t. You’re here to be my witness.

This space will cover it all: the personal, the professional, the political. Some posts will be raw. Some will be funny. Some may be uncomfortable. But all of them will be real.

And here’s what I know about us already:

• We are not easily fooled.

• We refuse to be manipulated.

• We cannot be bought.
